So...with the end of the school year and the start of the ranch/season, things have been pretty hectic here. However, I will catch you up the best I can on the highlights of the last month or so. Sorry, I got my pictures out of order, so I'll be jumping around some. Also, I can only load a max of 5 pics per blog post, which frustrates me. What do I need to change?
We spent Sat.-Mon. of Father's Day weekend with my family. We grilled out at Mark & Renee's for Father's Day supper and this is my dad, opening his gifts. We all totally enjoyed vegging out by the pool and enjoying some great food. 
Not sure how Mark got the HOT job of grilling on Father's Day. It sure was great food though!

The biggest news by far in the last month has been the arrival of my new nephew, William Jefferson (Liam) who arrived on May 21 @ 9'4"!! He is Jeff and Bethany's first baby and we are LOVING the chance to babysit him now and then. This was Abe holding him for the first time. 
With Nikki's illness and death last month, many family events were temporarily set aside. So...for Memorial Day, we declared it a "Family Day". We had brunch at the Wegman's and celebrated March, April and May birthdays. Then, we headed to the lake at Shon & Peg's for the afternoon and cooked hot dogs over the fire there that evening. It was a great day of fun and relaxation. This is Hattie, taking a temporary break from swimming to hang out next to me on the lawn chair.
